Royal Decree 1372/1986, June 13 (RBEL)
Reglamento de Bienes de las Entidades Locales: Main regulation governing the inventory of municipal assets in Spain. It establishes the 8 fundamental asset categories, defines the procedures for registration, removal and modification, and sets the asset control mechanisms that all local entities must apply.
The RBEL requires maintaining a detailed inventory with: unique code, asset description, acquisition and current value, legal status, and supporting documentation.
