These terms and conditions govern the access to and use of the Municipal Inventory management platform, a system designed for the cataloguing, management, and control of municipal assets and property.
Purpose: To provide a digital tool for the comprehensive management of municipal assets, including movable and immovable property, rights, and other assets.
Users: Officials and authorised municipal staff with specific permissions according to their role.
2. Platform access and use
2.1. Access requirements
- Have an active user account provided by the municipality
- Be over 18 years of age and have legal capacity to use the service
- Maintain the confidentiality of access credentials
- Use the platform only for authorised purposes
2.2. Appropriate use
The user agrees to use the platform responsibly and in accordance with the law. The following is strictly prohibited:
- Accessing without authorisation or with third-party credentials
- Attempting to modify, copy, or distribute content without permission
- Using hacking techniques, SQL injection, or similar methods
- Transmitting malware, viruses, or malicious code
- Performing activities that interrupt or degrade the service
3. Intellectual and industrial property
All content on this platform, including but not limited to texts, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, are the property of the municipality or its content providers and are protected by Spanish and international intellectual and industrial property laws.

4. Responsibilities
4.1. User responsibility
The user is responsible for:
- The accuracy of the data they provide on the platform
- Compliance with applicable laws when using the service
- The protection of their access credentials
- Immediate notification of any unauthorised access
4.2. Limitation of owner liability
The municipality shall not be liable for:
- Errors or inaccuracies in data entered by users
- Damages arising from unauthorised access or misuse of the platform
- Temporary service interruptions due to maintenance
- Data loss resulting from failure to follow procedures

Access to the platform is indefinite as long as the user maintains their relationship with the municipality and has the necessary authorisations.

- Modify, suspend, or discontinue the platform or any functionality with or without prior notice.
- Establish usage and storage limits according to service needs.
8. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by current Spanish legislation.
For the resolution of any controversy arising from these terms or the use of the platform, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts corresponding according to applicable legislation for Public Administrations.
