Inventario Municipal now works in Catalonia: RPEL, books and a Catalan version

What we have added

Inventario Municipal now works with Catalan regulations. Three new features for councils in Catalonia:

• RPEL books view. Books A to E, split into the headings of article 106 of Decree 336/1988. The book and heading are calculated from each record's classification, property status and legal nature; nothing needs reclassifying.
• The data the manual asks for. Owner, counterparty in transfers, allocations and leases, use of the public domain and reversion conditions, in the same records other councils already use.
• Everything in Catalan. The application, the website and these pages are available in Catalan, and the website has its own domain: inventarimunicipal.cat.

Who it is for

Councils that keep their register in spreadsheets today, or in software that does not speak the RPEL's language, and those that want to move from one program to another without losing their history. We have already migrated the register of a Catalan council and that of its museum, with every record, including disposals.

What you can do with little effort

• Switch between the headings view and the books view whenever needed.
• Produce the Inventory Book and reports in the Catalan format.
• Fill in data from the Cadastre: reference, area, cadastral value and plans.
